Version 1.0 · Effective September 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of https://simpleseo.biz and the services, products, and tools that Simple SEO Marketing Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides — together, our “Services.” By using this site, or by engaging us, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

We provide Google Business Profile management, Local SEO, and related services, including help with profile verification, reinstatement, ownership recovery, and setup; deliverables such as the websites and care plans included with some services; and free tools on this site such as the GBP category lookup. We also offer software products, including Local Visibility Lab, our Google Business Profile management platform. Our offerings are described on this website. Specific packages, prices, and checkout are handled on our storefront at https://localmarketing.so/storefront/ssm.

Software products delivered on their own platform — including Local Visibility Lab — and purchases made on our storefront are provided under the additional terms presented there at sign-up or checkout, which apply alongside these terms.

No guarantee of outcomes

Google controls verifications, reinstatements, ownership transfers, and where listings and websites rank. We apply our expertise and follow Google's guidelines, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular result, ranking, reinstatement, or timeline. Anyone who guarantees a Google outcome should be treated with caution.

Independence from Google

We are an independent provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or a partner of Google. Our founder, Kevin Pauls, is a Platinum Google Product Expert — a recognition for contributors in Google's product forums; it is not an endorsement of our business by Google, and it is not the highest expert tier.

Your responsibilities

When you engage us, you agree that:

  • You own the business you ask us to work on, or you are authorized in writing to act for it.
  • The information and documents you give us are accurate and not misleading, and you have the right to share them.
  • Any access you grant us to a Google Business Profile is granted from your own Google account and in line with our client verification policy.
  • You will use our services only for a lawful, eligible business.

We may decline or stop work if we cannot confirm your authority over a business, if a business is ineligible under Google's guidelines, or if a request would require us to misrepresent a business to Google.

Access to your profile

To do the work, you grant us Owner or Manager access to your Google Business Profile, depending on the service and how you grant it. In most cases you remain the primary owner and can remove our access at any time in your Google settings. In some cases — such as creating a new profile for you or resolving a restricted-user issue — we may hold primary ownership temporarily and transfer it to your business-domain account once Google permits (a newly added user must be connected to the profile for at least seven days before becoming primary owner). How we handle access and the records we keep are described in our client verification policy and privacy policy.

Payment

Fees, billing cycles, and any refund or cancellation terms are those shown on the storefront at the time of purchase. Ongoing services continue until cancelled in accordance with those terms.

Intellectual property

The content on this website is ours or our licensors'. Work product we deliver to you is yours once paid for, except for any third-party or pre-existing materials and general know-how, which remain with their owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or losses caused by Google's decisions or platform changes. The services are provided “as is,” without warranties except those that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, and continued use of the site or our services means you accept the updated terms.
