Who we are

Simple SEO Marketing Ltd. (“we,” “us”) operates https://simpleseo.biz. We provide Google Business Profile management and local SEO services. You can reach us at our contact email.

What we collect

When you submit our contact or lead form, we collect the information you provide — your name, business name, email address, phone number (if given), whether you opted in to receive text messages, and any details you include about your Google Business Profile. We may also collect basic technical information such as your browser type for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you ask about, and follow up with you. We do not sell your personal information. We contact you only about your Google Business Profile and the services you requested.

Text messages (SMS/MMS)

If you give us your mobile number and opt in — on our website form, by replying to a text, by phone, or through an email link — we may send you text messages about your Google Business Profile and the services you asked about, and, where you have agreed, occasional offers and updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Opting in to text messages is never required to buy anything from us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your mobile phone number and your SMS/text-messaging consent — with third parties or affiliates for their marketing, promotional, or lead-generation purposes. Your mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with any third party.

How it's stored

Form submissions are stored securely on our infrastructure and, where configured, sent to us by email so we can respond. We retain this information only as long as needed to serve you or as required by law.

Business documents you provide

If you hire us for Google Business Profile verification, reinstatement, ownership recovery, or management, we may ask you for business documents — such as registration papers, a tax document, or photos of your signage — to confirm the business is real and its listing information is accurate. These documents are kept in our case management system and used only to do the work you asked for. You can read more in our client verification policy.

Google sign-in and profile access

To manage or fix your Google Business Profile, you grant us access from your own Google account. How the resulting Google sign-in is handled depends on where you grant access:

• On this site's Grant Access page, you sign in with Google so we can confirm who authorized access — we record the email address of the Google account you use. The sign-in token itself is held briefly in a secure, server-side cookie (about 55 minutes) and is not saved afterward.
• In our onboarding system, your Google connection is stored in encrypted form so we can keep managing the profile for you. You can revoke it at any time in your Google account settings.

We keep a record of each access grant — the date and time, the profile involved, the email address of the Google account used, the response from Google, the authorization you confirmed, and basic technical details such as the IP address and browser used. You can remove our access to your profile at any time in your Google settings. We keep these documents and records unless you ask us to remove all records of you.

Third parties

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, and we use an email delivery provider to receive form notifications. We use a case management system to store client documents and Google Business Profile access. These providers process data on our behalf. We work within Google's Business Profile platform to deliver our services; we are an independent provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time by emailing our contact email. If you'd rather we not contact you, just let us know and we'll remove your details.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
