The problem

Your profile vanished. Your phone went quiet.

Customers can’t find you on Google Maps, and every day it stays down costs you calls. Most owners file a quick appeal and hope — but a bad appeal can make it worse. The move is to get it right the first time.

The plan

Three steps back to the map

2

We build the appeal

We ask what happened, find the real cause, and document your case the way Google actually wants to see it.

3

You get back to business

Your profile goes back on the map — and your phone starts ringing again.

The offer
$299one time · one profile

Follow our process. If we can’t help, you’re refunded.

  • If you’ve followed our process and we can’t help get your profile reinstated, we refund what you paid for the reinstatement to your original payment method. There’s no deadline. Following our process means completing onboarding, providing the documents we request, replying to our requests, and completing the verification steps we guide you through.
  • If your profile moves to “pending verification,” that counts as reinstated. You complete verification yourself, with our guidance. We can’t guarantee it will succeed, and a verification that doesn’t succeed is not covered by the refund.
  • We review your case right after purchase. If we can’t take it, we refund you in full: everything you paid, including processing fees.

We can’t control Google’s decision. If you do your part, we carry the risk.

You have 90 days from payment to finish onboarding (the onboarding window). After that, the account closes and there is no refund.

Questions

Straight answers

How long does it take?

Some cases resolve in days. Others take a few weeks. It depends on the suspension type and Google’s current queue.

What do you need from me?

Proof your business is real — typically your business registration or licence, a utility bill or lease, and photos of your signage or storefront. We’ll tell you exactly what fits your business.

What if I already appealed and got denied?

Send it anyway. We look at what was filed and what was missing, then re-approach it the right way.

What happens when my profile reaches “pending verification”?

You’re not left hanging. Once Google moves your profile to pending verification, we walk you through exactly what’s needed — the verification method Google is asking for, what to prepare, and how to give it the best chance of passing — and we stay with you through the process. One important note: if Google requires video verification, it has to be done on-site — at your business location or in your city, by you or a manager of the profile. We can’t complete video verification for you remotely unless we’re in your city, but we’ll tell you exactly what to film and how to get it right.

What if you can’t get it reinstated?

If you’ve followed our process and we can’t help get your profile reinstated, you get a refund of what you paid for the reinstatement, to your original payment method. There’s no deadline. Google makes the final decision, so we can’t promise an outcome. Verification is completed by you, with our guidance, and a verification that doesn’t succeed is not covered by the refund.

What is the onboarding window?

You have 90 days from payment to finish onboarding: grant profile access, provide the documents we request, reply to our requests, and complete the steps we guide you through. If onboarding isn’t finished in that time, the account closes and there is no refund.
