Who this is for

If you don’t control your own listing, start here

Lost access

You can’t log in, the old manager is gone, or the email that owns the profile no longer exists.

Someone else claimed it

A former employee, agency, or stranger holds ownership of a listing that should be yours.

Unclaimed listing

Google already generated a profile for your business and you’ve never actually claimed it.

Duplicate profiles

There are two listings for one business and you need to sort out which to keep and control.

How it works

A clear path back to control

1

Locate & assess

We find the profile, figure out who currently controls it, and map the fastest legitimate path back.

2

Claim & prove ownership

We navigate the request-access / claim process and provide the proof Google needs to hand it over.

3

Verify & hand off

We get the profile verified and transfer control to you — the keys back in your hands.

Questions

Straight answers

What if someone else “owns” my profile?

There’s a formal request-access process for exactly this. We file it correctly and, if needed, escalate — as a Platinum Google Product Expert we can push cases most people can’t.

Is this the same as reinstatement?

No. Recovery is about regaining access to or claiming a profile. Reinstatement is about getting a suspended profile turned back on. If your profile is suspended, you want our reinstatement service.

How much does it cost?

It’s a flat $500 one-time fee that covers navigating the claiming process and assistance with verification.

Will I actually control it afterward?

That’s the goal — you end up as the verified owner with full control of your listing.

Ready when you are

Take back your profile.

A one-time service to get you claimed, verified, and in control.
