We confirm you're entitled to the listing first
Recovery changes who controls a Google Business Profile, so before we begin any work we ask you for:
- Proof that you own the business — see the documents listed in our client verification policy.
- Your written confirmation that you own the business, or are authorized in writing to act for it.
We do not help anyone take over a Google Business Profile unless we have first confirmed that person owns the business the listing represents.
At the end of a recovery, your business is the primary owner of the listing, on your own business-domain email. If we hold primary ownership at any point to get you there, we transfer it to you — we don't keep it.

Straight answers
What if someone else “owns” my profile?
There’s a formal request-access process for exactly this. We file it correctly and, if needed, escalate — as a Platinum Google Product Expert we can push cases most people can’t.
Is this the same as reinstatement?
No. Recovery is about regaining access to or claiming a profile. Reinstatement is about getting a suspended profile turned back on. If your profile is suspended, you want our reinstatement service.
How much does it cost?
It’s a flat $500 one-time fee that covers navigating the claiming process and assistance with verification.
Will I actually control it afterward?
