Common questions
What access am I giving you?
Manager access to the profiles you select. It lets us do the work — but only an Owner can remove people, delete a profile, or transfer ownership. You stay the owner and in full control.
Can you delete my profile or lock me out?
No. Manager access can’t remove owners, delete a profile, or transfer ownership. You remain the primary owner and can revoke our access at any time.
Is this safe?
Yes — you sign in with Google directly (we never see your password), and you pick exactly which profiles to share. It’s Google’s standard, built-in way to let a partner help manage a Business Profile.
What if I manage several businesses?
After you sign in we show every profile on your Google account, grouped by business account. Tick the ones you want us to manage and grant them all at once.
How do I remove access later?
In your Business Profile → People and access, click our name → Remove. Access ends immediately.
